Daniel is a leader in the firm's PMO and Transformation practices with both breadth and depth over two decades experience across biopharmaceuticals, financial services, education, and technology. He is a highly regarded thought leader in project management and business transformation in the digital age as an adjunct professor at NYU and regular contributor in other public and private institution forums. Daniel seeks to bridge the gap between strategy and reality in the simplest way possible.

Daniel's expertise is in business transformation, PMO design/governance/execution, operating model design, and process improvement. He has extensive global experience serving and operating within the leadership of multinational organizations primarily in cross-functional efforts across geographies, time zones, and cultures.

Previously, Daniel held leadership positions at Citi, MetLife, and Bristol-Myers Squibb managing large scale transformations and implementations associated with operational excellence & turnaround, fundamental shifts in technology, and regulatory change.

Daniel holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Columbia University, a BS in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, and certificate coursework focused on Strategy and Systems Dynamics at MIT Sloan.

He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the PMI and formerly a certified Internal Auditor through the ASQ.
