Dan began his career as a systems designer and integrator in Boston during the dot-com boom working with VC and PE firms building out their portfolio companies' data networks and web presence. Dan moved to New York to open a regional office providing IT due diligence and M&A services and eventually joined Centre Partners' Management, a middle market PE firm managing $6Bn in assets, as internal IT auditor and consultant.
After attending Columbia Business School Dan worked as a boutique management consultant servicing VC & PE firms nationally providing IT-related M&A strategy services and Virtual CIO management. He later joined Ernst & Young's Operation Transaction Services function providing IT-focused M&A strategy for their PE & Corporate clients including pre-acquisition due diligence and post-deal separation, integration, divestiture and carve-out services.
Dan earned his MBA at Columbia Business School in 2006 in Operations Management and is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
