Previously, David served as President / CEO and Board Member in the financial services and microelectronics manufacturing industries. He has also served as a Chief Restructuring Officer of an aerospace fastener company and Chief Financial Officer of a consumer electronics producer.

David spent 20 years at Tyco International including roles as the CFO of Tyco Telecommunications and Tycom Ltd as well as various other functional responsibilities encompassing M&A, investor relations, contracts, business development and finance.

David holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a BS in Business Administration from the Peter Paul School at the University of New Hampshire.
